Start Using ThemeSeekr on Your Project

1. Collect

You can collection your responses in any number of ways.

Import your existing survey responses directly into ThemeSeekr from an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file using an easy to use import tool. You can have your responses imported in a matter of minutes. If your data is in another format, no problem, we can import the responses for you.

email your questions

Once you decide which questions you would like to ask, you can design an email questionnaire to send. You choose whichever recipients you would like. You can import your contacts from most online email services like Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail. Your respondents will answer the email and the responses will automatically be routed directly to ThemeSeekr.

You can build a comment form directly into your own site. Use ThemeSeekr to build the comment box and embed it directly into your web site. Your visitors can leave comments and they will be sent directly to ThemeSeekr. You will be able to see the responses as they are collected and begin to analyze them with your group immediately.

2. Categorize

Once the responses have been collected, or while they are in the process of being collected you may begin to categorize them.

First you must decide which themes you would like to use to categorize the responses. Using a built in tool in ThemeSeekr just for this purpose you read a random sample of responses and quickly create your list of themes.

Once the list of themes has been created, you assign each response any number of themes. Any number of people can help to assign themes to responses. Every single one of the responses will be read by a someone. Everyone who takes part in the process will have the opportunity to read some of the responses and gain insight. The respondents will provide more useful information knowing that someone will take the time do seriously consider their input.

3. Analyze
